Donate to help cover Sevi's medical bills

Hi, my name is Sevi Alvarez, and I've just been diagnosed with cancer.

I'm a stay at home father of a 2 year old son and a 12 year old daughter. Until this diagnosis, I've been active in my community, serving on the boards of many nonprofit organizations, as well as serving as the vice chair of the City of Spartanburg Housing Board of Adjustments and Appeals.

Because of this diagnosis and the likely course of treatment necessary to fight it, I will be unable to work or to properly care for our children for much of the next year. There will also be a significant healthcare cost.

I only have another month of healthy and active living before i need to start treatment, and I want to do everything I can to make things easier for my family next year, because I know that it's going to be extremely difficult for all of them.

These funds will be used to help sustain our household, and anything left over will go toward paying down our medical debt.
