Hi, my name is Wendy Wotring. I’m trying to raise funds to help my dear friend, Debbie Martinez, with her medical bills and associated expenses.

Twenty-five years ago, Debbie faced the fight of her life and beat cancer. All these years later, the “cure” for her cancer has severely damaged her heart, and she is in stage IV heart failure. We are praying a hospital will accept her for a heart transplant or permanent pump. She’s already spent more than 4 weeks in the hospital.

If you know Debbie, you’ll know how ironic it is that her heart is giving her problems. She is smart, kind, so generous and full of life! She loves her family and friends fiercely. Her son Nicholas is her greatest joy in life. He's an engineering student, and Debbie hopes to watch him graduate. And I wouldn't be a good friend if I didn't mention that she loves a-ha and has been a super fan since the 80s!

Please join me to help Debbie focus on the fight ahead of her. Despite having good insurance, the hospital bills and associated expenses are mounting.
