Donate to Help Elevate Land Group Aid Avery County

Elevate Land Group is looking for support for the victims of Hurricane Helene. For those that do not know, one of our owners of Elevate, Derek Buchanan was born and raised in Avery County along with his entire family, extended family, and hundreds of workers. Many of these people have lost everything including loved ones and friends. The area where they live got hit the hardest and it will be a very long road for a lot of these people, we also call our family. We have had such a great outpour of help and support, but the need will continue long after the dust settles for these people. We have a very large operation set up at Derek’s store, The Spear Country Store. They are cooking daily hot meals, delivering meals to people who can’t get out, cutting trees to get folks out of their homes, delivering medicine, food, gas, and all anything you can think of to people in need. We have been getting lists of families and all their clothes sizes to take care of individual families one by one. Any donation you can spare to help we would greatly appreciate to be able to continue our support. Attached and below is a video of Derek at his store the other day when the news came.
