Donate to Help Emily and Her Family

Hi, my name is Shauna and I am setting up this GoFundMe for Emily and her family. Emily was born in October of 2017 with a rare venous malformation; the malformation has affected her everyday life. A week ago she went in for an MRI, dental work and other procedures, during the procedures her cheek got scraped which caused her to bleed excessively and she needed a blood transfusion and has been intubated since. Since this is the second time she has almost bled to death, they are going to be trying to remove some of the malformations from her lip and tongue as well as putting a tracheotomy on Friday, April 21. After this, she will be at Seattle Children's Hospital for at least 3 months. During this time, her parents will be needing to miss work as well as drive back and forth from Orting to Seattle. We want to make sure they have enough money so they can spend time worrying about Emily and not about finances.
