Hi, my name is Jermy Uowolo, and I am fundraising to help my Island community (Fais Island) in Yap, Micronesia. Fais is experiencing severe drought and is running out of drinking water. We need to raise funds for short-term relief to purchase water and ship to the island. We are also seeking funds to help pay for water pumps, salination filters, and drinking water filters to help pump water from underground for the community now and to invest in long-term efforts to strengthen water security for this remote Island community in Micronesia. The Fais community is in dire need, so I urgently ask for your kind donations. All donations go toward this effort. Thank you very much!

Gallons of water are being purchased and brought to the

island by PMA plane.

They need pumps and water filters to extract water from an old well on the north side of the island. The well is ancient and has not been used in a long time, but now the island is turning to it as its last resource for water.
