Hello everyone, I am your friend Haitham Hammad from Gaza. I am 31 years old. I love life and I wish to be healthy like others. I scream and cry every day from the intensity of the pain due to the repeated dislocation of my shoulder as a result of a serious injury that led to severed and torn nerves. I need surgery outside the Gaza Strip.
In addition, I am forcibly displaced, searching for life, escaping death, my family and I have escaped death many times, and with every day that passes of this ongoing genocide, I feel as if I am a thousand years older. I am 31 years old, and yet I have spent my entire life immersed in relentless wars that snatch away ambitions, dreams and goals, and rob those who struggle and work hard to make something of themselves. The journey of death follows me everywhere here, stealing my loved ones and depriving me of the most basic rights.
My greatest dream now is simply to get out of this war alive with my family, wanting safety and the right to life. We have lost everything that could have been a means of living after this death march. Amidst the emotional pain and stress that war brings, it also brings unexpected financial burdens that finally prompted me to resort to this platform, humbly and lovingly requesting your help and support to help us escape to safety and save our innocent lives from this devastating death. In addition, I ask you to share my story and stand in solidarity with us in the darkest moments of our lives. Thank you to everyone who helped me, each with their noble name and compassionate heart, because what you have given me is the gift of life alone.
Haitham, has unfortunately, dislocated his shoulder, aggravating his existing injury. This was after having to move from Rafah and being displaced AGAIN.

Thanks to God, we were able to reach the city of Khan Yunis, which is my city where I used to live. It has become rubble. I have lost everything in it. My home has become rubble, and my memories from childhood have disappeared.
A few weeks ago, I went to the pharmacy to get infant formula for my nephew and there was a bombing very near by. Thank God, I was able to escape.

The funds will be used for evacuation from Gaza, the current price is $7,500 for an adult, plus $600 for visa fees. Money is also needed for transportation from the border to Cairo, living expenses (rent, food, clothes etc) once in Egypt, plus medical costs to get my shoulder surgery done.
