Dear Community,

My name is McKenna Powers, and I am reaching out to you on behalf of Isaac, a beloved member of our community who is currently facing a critical health challenge. Isaac, a devoted father and provider, has been battling liver failure, multiple VSDs (ventricular septal defects), and various other health complications. Since January, he has been unable to work due to the severity of his condition, and the financial burden of medical expenses, travel, and accommodations for his numerous appointments has become overwhelming for him and his family.

Isaac's journey towards recovery includes frequent appointments in Fort St. John, Prince George, Grande Prairie, and Vancouver, where he receives essential medical care and treatment. The cost of travel, lodging, medication, and other necessary expenses has placed a significant strain on Isaac and his family during this challenging time.

At only 49 years old, Isaac's health has deteriorated to the point where a liver transplant is his only hope for survival. His liver is in complete failure, and without intervention, his condition will continue to worsen. The transplant procedure, which will likely take place in Vancouver under the care of a specialized transplant team, is a lengthy and complex process that requires extensive resources and support.

As someone who has always been fiercely independent, Isaac hesitated to ask for assistance. However, the reality of his situation has compelled him to reach out to our community for help.
