Donate to Help James Lobisch Attend Abigail’s Trial

Hello everyone, I’m asking for help to raise money for a dear friend of mine, James Lobisch. His experience is tragic, and I’m sincerely hoping we can all come together and make the weight on his heart and shoulders a little lighter.

For those of you who don’t know, James lost his 7-month-old daughter Abigail in 2019 due to a drug overdose of Benadryl administered by a babysitter. Since then he has been patiently waiting as this case has dragged on for 5 years now with no justice yet for the life of this little girl that he misses so much. The last 5 years have been filled with ups and downs as Abi’s family is filled with ongoing pain and sadness at the passing of every birthday and anniversary of her death.

After half a decade and no less than 19 crushing disappointments of postponed court dates, a date for the trial has finally been set to take place in Honolulu in November of this year. What we can do to help is raise enough money for a rental car and a place to stay so that James can attend the entirety of his daughter’s trial and finally see his rightful day in court.
