Hello, my name is Jess and I am fundraising for my best friend, Jessica. (Yes we have the same name :)) Jessica was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome - A condition in which the immune system attacks the nerves. Currently she is unable to walk on her own and will need physical therapy. Jessica is staying positive and anyone that knows her, knows how strong she is! I wanted to create this for anyone that would like to assist. Since she is unable to work currently, donations will go towards treatment and personal/medical bills.
