Donate to help Johnny Adkins and his Family!

I am Kody Reynolds and Johnny Adkins III is my uncle. I am creating this for my aunt Beth Adkins and uncle Johnny. My aunt will tell you what has happed in her own words:

My name is Beth Adkins, my husband is Johnny Adkins and he is the sole provider for our family because I have been legally blind since 2009 with chronic pain due to Multiple Sclerosis. On December 26th, 2023 my husband Johnny had a major right cerebellum stroke. When scans were conducted to see the severity of his stroke on that day, it was discovered that he had two previous strokes, leaving him with severe weakness in his left side and little to no balance. He has been in the hospital since that time and hopefully will get to go home in the coming days. Johnny will be out of work during his recovery until he is able to regain full mobility. We have been told this could take nine months and in a worst-case scenario, years. FMLA (family medical leave) will only provide 40% of his regular wages.

I wouldn't normally make a GoFundMe; however, I have had a few people ask for me to make one to help us out financially. This was a completely unforeseen disaster in our family and we need the financial help while he is trying to recover as we do not have any real source of income during this time.

The money received from this would strictly go towards bills, food, and standard living costs just to help us scrape by. I honestly would not do one of these if I did not absolutely feel the need for one. As anyone that knows me, knows I am not the one to ask for help or anything like that.

We have been trying to figure out a way to make it work and we just cannot without God's help. God gave us a miracle by sparing Johnny's life and we know that he will get us through. You can be part of this by helping in any way that you can or are able to. Anything that is given will be much appreciated as I know how tough times are right now.
