Donate to help Kayla beat breast cancer

Hello, friend. My name is Lauren, and my friend Kalya - AKA NICU nurse, doting mother of 2 small children (here's looking at you, Raya (3.5) and Hudson (11 mo)), devoted and loving wife to the incredible Norbert Torok - got a birthday gift this year she wasn't expecting:
On may 30th - just one day before her 32nd birthday - Kayla went in for a mammogram and ultrasound to check on a lump in her breast. Not thinking it was anything serious due to reoccurring mastitis and clogged ducts from breastfeeding, her radiologist informed her that the scans were most likely to be breast cancer. She followed up with a biopsy, and confirmed that it was indeed cancer. Following the biopsy, she met with a multidisciplinary breast cancer team. Diagnosis was triple positive breast cancer with a rapid growing tumor that needed treatment immediately. She currently is receiving chemotherapy treatment followed by a mastectomy and continued immunotherapy for 1 year.
If you know Kayla, you know it's hard to put into words how truly wonderful she is. Kayla has dedicated her life to helping others as a nurse in the NICU, and now it's time for us to show up for her.
Kayla will undoubtedly need as much love, support and prayers as y'all have in you to send, so let's start there. She won't be able to keep up a regular work schedule, which will make paying for treatment more challenging. And what breaks her heart the most is that she won't have the energy to care for her children the way she has been and had hoped to continue doing when she dreamed of becoming a mother.
However you can show up for Kayla, Norbert, Raya and Hudson right now will go a long way. Let's give not just our spiritual and emotional support, but also our financial support, so they can focus on the fight that needs to be won right now: getting Kayla to being cancer-free.
Any donation - no matter how big or small - is appreciated and undoubtedly cherished.
Kayla - you've got this! And we've got you, my sweet friend.
Warmly,
Lauren Lobley
