Hello, my name is James Massie and I started this GoFundMe for my wife Kaytie Massie and our family.

Today 10/31/2023, on our wedding anniversary, Kaytie was involved in a car accident.

She collided with the vehicle in front of her on Interstate 581. She's currently having emergency surgery at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital to have her spleen removed. Unfortunately she does not have insurance.

Between the medical bills and forthcoming medications, loss of vehicle, and loss of income this will cripple our family. I'm not certain where we go from here.

This is an incredibly scary time for us and our two girls. Any and all help/donations towards our goal would be greatly appreciated.

Donation breakdown

The vast majority of this GoFundMe goes directly to the cost of the surgery and resulting medications. The remainder will go towards loss of her income, directly helping with missed mortgage payments and utilities payments.
