Hi there, my name is Sheila Youngblood and I am fundraising for Lee and Stephanie Bell whom I went to high school with, who are in some dire need of our help right now. They are some good people as those that know them already know. Those that don't know them, I will tell you a little about them and what they need. They married in 1982, had two children and numerous grandchildren. But during their lives, Lee joined the Navy and became a Master Training Specialist, teaching everything from chemistry to firefighting classes as well as other specialized classes.

Stephanie worked as a Behavioral Management Therapist while in FL, and also worked in the school systems for twelve years when they came back to NC. She also served as Executive Director at a local food pantry.

Lee has been a loving husband, father and provider who also served our country until he was forced to retire due to injury and illness. Stephanie served the public in many ways and wore many hats as a loving wife, homemaker, Grammy, homeschooler and now caretaker in spite of her own issues with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Degenerative Disk Disease in her spine. Lee himself suffers from sever COPD and has been on Oxygen and now has been diagnosed B cell Lymphoma, and is getting infusions.

The Bell's do not have Central Air conditioning. They had two window AC units and one no longer works, the other has mold. COPD requires you to remain in a COOL environment to breathe. Air conditioners are on sale right now and we can arrange for them to pick out the AC's they need and hopefully someone to install these. They could also use help with transportation, so the more the better, but we aren't being greedy. They are still paying on a used van and sometimes Lee needs transportation assistance. All help would be appreciated, even light housecleaning assistance, as Stephanie care for her grandchildren as well as Lee. Our friend needs our help, and this amount is not huge, but being in the humid southern air without air conditioning is a huge thing! Please consider helping out.
