On May 24th Lisa was diagnosed with Cholangeocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of liver cancer. Since that time, Lisa has been through several procedures and is now awaiting the final major surgery to remove the cancerous tumor. She has already started chemotherapy and will continue with the chemo beyond the surgery. This requires many trips to and from the cancer center in St Louis as well as a number of hospital stays.
