Donate to help Lorena and her children recover from the fire

Hi all! My name is Kat Turner. I am the chef of a restaurant here in Los Angeles called Highly Likely. On January 7th, one of our beloved cooks, Lorena Sanchez, received a call in the middle of service letting her know that her home was on fire. We are devastated to learn that she lost her home and everything she had in the Eaton fire, leaving Lorena and her 2 children (and 2 cats) with nowhere to live.

I am hoping to raise money to help her and her family find a new home to rent as well as replacing all their clothes and household items.

In a time when so many people have lost so much here in Los Angeles, I truly appreciate you taking the time to read this and for any donation you may be able to give, big or small.

El 7 de enero, una de nuestras queridas cocineras, Lorena Sánchez, recibió una llamada en medio del servicio informándole que su casa estaba en llamas. Estamos devastados al saber que perdió su casa y todo lo que tenía en el incendio de Eaton, dejando a Lorena y sus 2 hijos (y 2 gatos) sin dónde vivir.

Espero recaudar dinero para ayudarla a ella y a su familia a encontrar una nueva casa para alquilar, además de reemplazar toda su ropa y artículos del hogar.

En una época en la que tanta gente ha perdido tanto aquí en Los Ángeles, realmente aprecio que se haya tomado el tiempo de leer esto y por cualquier donación que pueda hacer, ya sea grande o pequeña.
