Hi my name is Margaret McCulty and on May 10, 2023, my husband, Mark was assaulted by 2 guys because of a case of mistaken identity. The police and ambulance were called to the scene. He was taken to ECMC ER where he had x-rays and a cat scan done. He has three broken ribs and his face was beaten so bad that he passed out in the middle of Seneca Street. I had to give him mouth to mouth resuscitation because he lost consciousness. He had a concussion and when he came to, he did not remember what happened until later in the hospital. He has not been able to work to full capacity. We are self-employed window cleaners. He can't pick up a ladder because of the three broken ribs. We are behind in all of our bills and rent and need help!

We were also involved in a not-at-fault car accident in July of 2022 with injuries and a damaged and unreliable vehicle. We have an attorney working our case, but that takes time. The other insurance company is denying our case. The other guy ran the red light and hit us, and he is telling his insurance company that he had a green light when I actually had the green light. When this assault happened, we were just getting back to normal and our window cleaning season was just starting. Because of this assault, everything came to a halt. The 2 guys have been arrested, and that process takes time too.

We need the money for a newer vehicle and to pay our monthly bills and rent. Please help!
