It is with great sadness that we announce we have tragically lost our beloved Marleisha Davenport. Marleisha was shot and lost her life due to a senseless act of gun violence. She was 15 years old and number 6 out of 8 siblings. She was finishing her freshman year at Two Rivers High School. She’s described as very loving, vibrant, and always willing to serve others. Marleisha loved doing hair and making Tik Toks. She has been in the care of her aunt, Alena Hobbs, since she was 2 years old.

Marleisha was loved from every direction and enchanted every person she met. She was extremely intelligent and had a personality larger than life. Please be praying for our family as we grieve and try to process this senseless act of violence.
