Help me get a better suited, reliable wheelchair

Hi! I'm Hend. I had a car accident 3.5 years ago and became paraplegic. I've been a full-time wheelchair user since then.

Unfortunately wheelchairs are ridiculously expensive and insurance companies cover a wheelchair once every five years because this is roughly how long it should last but mine has only been with me for 2 years and it's falling apart. Insurance wouldn't cover the expenses of a new one.

Right now, my wheelchair is the wrong size for me and also is unreliable, everyday a new problem arises. I've replaced the backrest, both back wheels, front wheels and the anti-tip wheel all within less than 1 year and insurance didn't cover any of the parts. My current problem is with the front wheels fork. One side is so unstable so it's creating the following issues:

1. The chair no longer moves in a straight line.

2. My right shoulder has more pressure on it so it aches very quickly.

3. It's causing the castor wheel to come off which is pretty dangerous.

4. I have to check if my wheels are still intact every 2 minutes while wheeling anywhere.

In the picture below, you can see that we're keeping the fork from falling by a piece of cloth.

And here you could see that the frame is bent.

I've had a technician come try to fix it but he said he couldn't and said that he's never seen this issue before.

Hopefully with your help, I can raise enough money to get an RGK Octane FX wheelchair which is going to hopefully suit me for years and years to go!

I will a give my current wheelchair to charity when I'm able to get a new one.
