Lauren's Raleigh International Borneo Expedition

Hello, my name is Lauren and I finished college in October of last year, and I was at the time looking to do something while I'm looking for a job, then I was introduced to Raleigh International through a Family friend.

I am now going to Borneo on an expedition with Raleigh International for 10 weeks, and I am looking to raise £4,395 to put towards the cost of the trip.

We will be volunteering in northern Borneo and will be doing some environmental restoration and also working with local rural communities to improve important infrastructure, helping to improve livelihoods and living conditions for those affected by poverty.

Along the way we will be learning about the local culture and environment, while living amongst the community.
