Hi, my name is Shelley. I am smiling in this photo with my dog, Baylee, and cat, Stevie. But I am not smiling now as I am stressed since I was victimized by identity theft. They took all my money. This was not just a crime of fraud, it was elder abuse. I have no money to pay my rent to my dear landlady who needs this money to pay her bills. I can't pay my car payment or household expenses.
