Donate to help Michele battle ALS
Donation protected
It is with a heavy heart that we share this news with everyone today. Sadly 3 years ago our beloved mother (Michele) was diagnosed with ALS. Many of you may recall hearing of this disease during the summer of 2014 when there was a social media phenomenon known as the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. At that time many of us did not know what the challenge was about or even that much about ALS in general.
Unfortunately, 9 years later our amazing and beautiful mother who has been healthy her entire life has been diagnosed with this debilitating disease. As a family, we have been suffering in silence for the past 3 years. Our mother is one of the most generous, thoughtful, kindest and sweetest people in the world. And being unable to serve others perhaps is more devastating to her than the disease itself.
Regretfully, there is no cure for ALS at this time. Medical supplies and assistance are extremely expensive. We are asking if you would consider donating to help her with life-sustaining equipment, medicine, and services, and to keep her quality of life the best it can be. We have been relying on each other silently; now we are asking for your help. Thank you for your kind attention. God bless you for your generosity.
