Hello. My name is Lirjana. The difficulties of life are not passed alone. If people come together, they are relieved because togetherness makes power. I am asking for your help for my sister Fatmira. She lives in Kucove, a small town in Albania. She is a young 38-year-old mother with 3 young children and suffers from a serious illness with a breast tumor. She was operated on March 19, 2020 after being diagnosed with Ca mame and had one breast removed. After that, she underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy and during all this time she was constantly under control. On February 2, 2022, another operation was performed on the other breast. Now the disease has worsened even more, the tests she has done always makes it worse. In February 2023, she was diagnosed with multifocal invasive lobular Ca. She needs other chemotherapy and in the state hospital I am not able to get her because there is a lack of medicines. She directly needs the right treatment that she can get privately or abroad, but there is no economic opportunity to get it because she has 3 young children and her husband is unemployed so I can accompany her to hospitals. Many times they have to leave their children alone at home and go to get Fatmira treatment at the Tirana Hospital, wait for hours there in line and sometimes return home without treatment because there is no medicine in the hospital. At the moment, Fatmira is not receiving the full treatment because the state hospital lacks medicine. Please, whoever is able to contribute with whatever little you give and give her a chance to be cured in a private hospital or to go and get this treatment abroad. Her little children need the care of their mother and she wants to see her children grow up with her.
