Nick Erskine, from Brantford, Ontario, is a passionate Mini Stock race car driver. His home race track is Oshweken Speedway.
On May 26th, 2023, in the second feature race of the season, Nick was hit and endured a heartbreaking accident where his car went airborne and rolled 3.5 times landing upside-down. This campaign is to help raise funds for Nick to build a new race car.

With the quality build of his now wrecked car and the instant attention of the world-class Oshweken Speedway safety crew, Nick thankfully walked away with only a sore left ankle. His number 64 blue and orange car that was built and tweaked for over two years is unfortunately a write-off.
Nick is grateful for the support of his sponsors, however, given the write-off accident he needs additional financial assistance to build a new car. 100% of the proceeds from this campaign will go to the cost of parts for a new race car for Nick. He has a dedicated and knowledgeable team behind the scenes to assist with this unexpected build.
In the 2022 racing season, Nick earned the Oshweken Mini Stock "Most Improved Driver Award" along with placing 3rd overall in championship points in the same class.
The Erskine family has been racing at Oshweken Speedway for decades and are well respected within the racing community. Currently, Nick and his father Doug race in the Mini Stock class. Lance (cousin), races in the Sprint Car class. Doug, who was humbled and honoured to become a member of Oshweken's Wall of Fame in 2022, raced in the Mini Stock feature on May 26th and shockingly witnessed his son's crash stopping a short distance away from the wreckage with only the ability to watch the aftermath.

The Mini Stock class is all heart and passion for racing. It's a racing class where every sponsor dollar is literally stretched to the limit to enable an on-track experience for drivers. Mini Stock drivers are middle-class folks with a passion for racing and sponsors enable them to race. Nick spends the vast majority of his free time tweaking his race car and now is working to build a new car.

For full disclosure, Nick's father Doug along with Doug's sponsors, are allowing Nick to drive Doug's car until a new car is built so he may continue to compete for championship points at Oshweken. Doug built his 64E car in the off-season with the help of sponsors, family and friends. Despite Doug's will and determination to race again, he wants his son Nick to have the opportunity to continue racing. Doug will race again once Nick has a new car built.

Nick is grateful for all the support of his current sponsors and would like to publically thank them for all of their past and future support (alphabetically):
- Arnold Contracting
- Arnott's Automotive
- East Cost Yard Worx
- In The Shop
- Two Row Times
In addition to current sponsors and with sincere appreciation for the donations raised from this campaign:
- Nick's new car will proudly feature a "Racing Fan Funded" decal on the car.
- Any individual or business that donates $500 or more will have their name or logo featured as a decal on the new car.
Can you spare the cost of a cup of coffee (or more) to help Nick build a new race car?
