Donate to help our 12u STX Showtime baseball team

Hello to family, friends and anonymous youth baseball supporters! You may have already bought numerous raffle tickets, bags of popcorn or car freshies from us, or other baseball teams; but let me introduce you to our 12u STX Showtime travel baseball team! Our team just started the beginning of this year and is based out of Corpus Christi, TX. They’ve wasted no time getting to know each other and learning how to be a great team together. Our boys are highly motivated and always ready to play! We even won our very first tournament! Although we have been fundraising like crazy, since we are a new team, we just haven’t had the advantage of a year of preparation to get us ready for our 1st World Series that is coming up this June in north Texas. As you may or may not know, any baseball parent will tell you that baseball equipment is expensive; but unless you’ve been involved with a travel team, you can’t imagine all of the other expenses as parents we are dealt. Of course we travel, so that means lots of gas money, hotel stays and almost always eating out! Once we actually get to a tournament, we are responsible for paying our portion of tournament fees (that’s how they pay for those championship rings!), then there’s ballpark admission fees, umpire fees, and did I mention the always expensive concession stands!! In case you haven’t figured it out yet…we are running short on the money we need to help us with our World Series expenses and also the time we would normally need to work for that money. So if you are willing and able, we are asking for any size donation to help us reach our goal. No donation is too small or too big. Rest assured it will only go towards good use.
