Our family have created this page for our loving mum Liene (41)who needs lifesaving cancer treatment.
In August 2017, one night out of nowhere she experienced several very long seizures which resulted in a 2am trip to Raigmore hospital in Inverness for an MRI scan to then see that she has a cm tumor in her brain. After a week there she was relocated to the hospital in Aberdeen for the debulking of the tumor. This revealed that she had stage 3/4 brain cancer.
After releasing her from hospital doctors wanted to start chemotherapy and radiotherapy which would extend her life by 6months.
We wanted more and have already extended her expectations by almost well 5 years by using natural methods of healing.
We opened an organic pancake cafe Wild Pancakes in 2018 as it was always my mums dream to run a cafe and this would also help with the funds needed to save our mum.
This helped tremendously along the way however unfortunately her surgery in 2021 left her with roughly 5% of her vision.
In August 2023 it will be 6 years since the diagnosis. We are so grateful to have had all this extra time however unfortunately recently it has gotten a lot worse. Unfortunately the doctors here in the UK have refused to do surgery/chemo this time as they see it past the point of no return.
We recently traveled for a surgery in Latvia which was cancelled the morning of the surgery as it was too dangerous to go ahead with it as she would lose hearing and speech too.
Due to this our only last resort is a metabolic clinic in California The TrueNorth Health Center which specialises in supervised water fasts which are proven to shrink tumors. Our only issue unfortunately is the funds for this.
This is why we are asking for your help.
