Hello Team,

Some of you may be aware that Erika Thompson lost everything in a house fire last week. Erika has worked on the Help Desk for 10 years, starting out at Jeanes. She worked overnights, so a lot of you might have spoken to her over the years when you were on call.

Erika was able to escape unharmed with only her cat.
