Adrian “Pahokee” Brown’s college Fund

Hello my name is Adrian “Pahokee” Brown and I’ve been accepted to Dodge City Community College in Dodge City, Kansas.
In 2021, I played at Bishop Sycamore under the direction of Roy Johnson. As evidenced in the latest HBO Documentary, “BS High,”by directors Travon Free and Martin Desmond Roe, Bishop Sycamore truly was a lie. Roy Johnson sold me, my family and my friends on grand promises of providing support to make it to college and achieve my football aspirations. After a year of failed promises, neglect, misconduct and my partial ACL tear from the game against IMG Academy, Roy Johnson was finally caught and the truths about Bishop Sycamore were exposed.
Since this experience, I’ve realized that I still have a chance for higher education, especially now that the true story is known. I have been working on my leg recovery and have also taken a few classes at the local college. I’ve been working hard with the academic advisors at DCCC to set me up for success. I have my course load selected and am excited and ready to head to Dodge City, the only thing stopping me now is finances:
◦ Travel to Dodge City $600
◦ Out of state tuition $4, 890
◦ On campus room and board $6,610
◦ Books and supplies $1,000
◦ Miscellaneous living expenses $900
Total: $14,000
Every dollar you donate will go towards my dream of attending college. If you aren’t in a position to donate but can share my story, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for your generosity,
Pahokee
