Hi, my name is Juliet. I am a single mother with limited means. Dad and me are in a high conflict Custody case for our Son. All I want, is an equatable Parent Plan. I feel our Son deserves both Parents, and Dad wants Sole Custody.

My Attorney fees are costly. Because Dad makes three times more than me, he can outspend me 5:1. Which means Dad can afford not to negotiate with me and argue every little thing in Court. Court reviews are scheduled every couple of months. My progress to acheiving equatable Parenting Plan with my Son has been a long battle one I am gaining ground. The Judge is fair and balanced. Now Dad is requesting the Courts for me to pay Child Support and pay half of our son's expenses.

Meet My Son.

He is 11 years old, in 6th grade, and a gifted pitcher. Our Son is happy, loving, and smart. This year our Son is in Honors English, on the Decatholon Team, in the Robotics Club, and plays on the school Flag Football Team. This does not include our Son's Baseball schedule. Between Team Practices, Batting Lessons, Pitching Lessons, and Tournaments, he keeps us busy. And he loves it all! Recently, our Son won his 10th tournament ring in 15 months. We are so proud of his many accomplishments!

Our relationship has always been a loving and close one. He's my buddy. Before courts, we would go to watch the Angels, go to the beach, camp, fish, travel, and go on adventures. I have nurtured his love for robotics & baseball; I even was a Den Leader for his Cub Scouts. He would spend holidays and summers with family. My Son has a very close relationship with my family. Dad does not want this. So the more time I have with my Son, the more time my Son can spend with my family. My Son misses his grandparents; and only sees them at his Tournaments and some Holidays. He has not seen his other family for almost two years.
