Hi, my name is Rob. I am Ralph and Regan’s brother in-law. On July 5, 2023 their life drastically changed. Ralph unexpectedly went into cardiac arrest. Regan immediately began CPR until first responders arrived at their house. After several attempts they were subsequently able to revive him. Ralph is currently at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia and remains in the ICU.
For those of you that are lucky enough to know them, it is known that they would never ask for anything from anyone, and would honestly be embarrassed if they knew I started this. Ralph is one of the most hard working guys there is. Ralph also has a heart of gold, which he shows often. He would do anything for a lot people. Just one small example that happened the weekend prior to this incident, we were at the pool at our favorite campground and there was a little girl who was upset because she didn’t have a pair of goggles. Ralph went into the camp store and bought this girl a pair. Ralph never met this girl before, but made her day.
Ralph and Regan currently have three amazing children and are expecting their fourth in September. It is unforeseen when Ralph will be able to return to work.
Thank you in advance for any donations and thank you to everyone who has already helped and reached out. Im hoping this would alleviate some stress for Regan and allow Ralph to have a more comfortable recovery.
Please share.
**Update**
Regan and her family want to express their deepest gratitude for all the prayers, love, and support that they have received during this time.
Ralph is currently at Moss Rehabilitation Center in Pennsylvania, where they specialize in his type of brain injury. Each day he continues to make promising progress. He is receiving physical, speech, and occupational therapy daily. The doctors are very pleased with the progress that he is making. They have estimated his discharge date to be September 28th.
Please continue to pray for Ralph and his recovery.
