Donate to help Richard Brann & Family

Hi, I am raising money to help my best friend's parents, Richard and Hilda Brann. If you know these two amazing people, you should know they would give the shirts off their backs to anyone in need. And if you don't know them, they would still do the same. They now need our help!

From the first day I met them over 30 years ago, they welcomed me into their family and became another set of parents to me! Dick is a military veteran and retired from the US Postal Service. He is a father, grandfather, husband, brother, friend, and all-around amazing man!

They were visiting Pigeon Forge in Tennessee on their way to see Heather, Bob and Kieran for Thanksgiving when he got sick. He went to the ER, where they found he had pneumonia. Upon further testing, they discovered his liver was not functioning properly, and he has a spot of liver cancer. They are trying to get to Mass General or somewhere in Maine for treatment closer to home once he is stable. They cannot drive him per doctor's orders, and the transport will not be covered by insurance. Expenses are already adding up with hotel stays and will continue once he is moved to a closer hospital. We want to take the financial burden off them as much as possible and let them focus on getting Dick healthy again!
