Hello, as many of you learned, last Thanksgiving I flipped over backwards in my wheelchair..

Because of my Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle Bones) my knee and Tibia suffered several small fractures. Though the doctors explained them as 'small' or 'invisible' I can tell you the pain was terrible.

I certainly didn't want to go to the hospital. But that's where I spent my Thanksgiving, My Birthday on December 7th, and nearly Christmas..

Thankfully I had great support during that time. I had visitors, from New York, England, and Miami and from local Lakeland friends...who I cherish incredibly. In addition I had great support from my family on Facebook, X, and Instagram. The messages I received helped me to feel happy, giving me a way to better manage my exercising, keep my desire, and continue the work necessary to get myself back to independence.

My freedom is so so important to me. Learning that hundreds of people, care about my wellbeing, was a huge inspiration.

As of today, October 30th, I'm still in need of financial support. Money isn't very heartwarming or filled with companionship like those friends. But it is what I need.
