Support rural farmers in East DR Congo building resilience

Hello, My name is Reussite Malembaka, researcher in Agroecology and food systems in the DR Congo, where I also originate from.

We are raising fund to help rural farmers communities Eastern DR Congo, as they are going through an ongoing security and economic crisis. We have been actively working with these small farmers in establishing agroforestry systems, in their soybean and coffee production. However, due to the current conflict in the region, these farmers—most of whom live below the poverty line and face very precarious working conditions—are in urgent need of assistance.

All funds raised will be directly allocated to local farmers' organizations (we work with at least 5 organisations in Kabare and Kalehe in east DR Congo) as aid relief, ensuring fair and widespread distribution to reach as many people as possible.
