Donate to help Stray Moat farmers!

Hello, my name is Taelyr, and I've worked for the Cassidy Farm Market for many years under its original owners. This year, new owners were renting out the building and running their own market service through it. Sadly, early in the morning on October 4th, the building burned down, along with most (if not all) of the products inside. This happened the night before the market was planning their end-of-season thank you sale leading up to Thanksgiving.
The Stray Moat owners, Whirly and Sabrina, were only renting the building & are stuck with a massive loss of unique local art, produce, equipment, and many other items. That, as well as winter quickly approaching, has left them in an extremely difficult spot financially. Any money donated will first be used to pay back local artists for their lost work, and then to support their continued journey to bring real Island food to the Vancouver Island community. Any amount readers would be willing to donate would be a monumental help in this trying time! If donation isn't an option for you, sharing this post with amongst your friends and peers would also be a wonderful help! :) Thank you for taking the time to read about our situation!
