Shanty Friends,

Diego has worked to expedite the food that comes out of the fastest and highest volume kitchen on Martha's Vineyard for the last 20 years. This man works tirelessly and without complaint, most seasons working 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a day off as frequent as a blue moon.

We are putting this out because his padre is in declining health. Diego is supporting his family by paying for his home care and medical expenses, but it is very taxing and the cost of the home nurses is ever-rising.

If everyone even just gave $5, we would be able to afford care that he wouldn't have access to otherwise, and help take some of the hardship off of Diego.
