My brother Nicholas is one of the most thoughtful, kind, and caring men you will ever meet. Anyone that meets him instantly feels his strength, his love, his faith, his humor, and his beautiful soul. If you meet my brother, you love him.

He just recently graduated from Passaic Valley High School and is a standout athlete. He also just started his college career at County College of Morris.

During his college baseball practice on Wednesday, he was struck in the head by a line drive. After CPR was performed on the field, he was transported to a nearby hospital.

Once he got to the hospital, Nicholas was heavily sedated, intubated, and placed into an induced coma to help reduce brain swelling. Today, he showed some signs of improvement! He was taken off the ventilator and is now breathing on his own! However, it’s too early to tell how his brain will respond to the injury.

He will have a long road ahead and this fund is being set up to cover all medical costs associated with his rehabilitation. Anything and everything helps! Please consider donating if you are able.
