My name is Elena Khomenko. I am a CoActive coach and a Front of the Room leader for the CoActive Leadership program. I am a Ukrainian-Canadian executive coach. For the last several years I was focusing on building conscious leadership in Ukraine. Since June 2020 until this February, I have been based in Kyiv working as an executive coach and leadership development consultant.

When Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, my projects, my business, and the life I was creating came to full stop. My clients were evacuating their people from bombing, shelling, and advancing enemy forces. My coaching and LD practice had to be put on hold. I needed some time to get back on my feet and to formulate my Leader Intent for this difficult time:

In Ukraine, we need a lot of purposeful action to defend our land and to keep our economy going. For now, I continue to coach pro-bono and run online meetings and webinars to support Ukrainians at the times of war. Next week I am heading back to Ukraine. I know that my place is there – with my clients, with my leadership program alumni, and next to my husband. And I know I will need time to get my business back on track. I also need to rent a place in Western Ukraine until it is safe to return to our house near Kyiv.

Please help me rent a temporary accommodation and living expenses in Ukraine while I am providing pro-bono coaching to Ukrainian leaders and looking for paying clients.
