Donate to help the Cho family

Hello everyone, many of you know me and for those who don't, my name is Michael Bounajem, I'm one of the neurosurgery residents here at the U. Far before I came to Utah, my best friend in school was a guy named Johnny Cho. Johnny unfortunately recently lost his mother after a long and painful fight with dementia, and given her inability to work in recent years, she lost her health insurance quite some time ago. That unfortunately means that he and his father have been sidled with a tremendous amount of medical expenses and funeral costs, with little assistance from any organizations or family.

I decided to put this GoFundMe together (with his permission) in order to help lighten the burden of the many expenses he is facing in this difficult time. While you may not know him directly, I hope that you can appreciate that Johnny has taught me many things by example, particularly regarding generosity and kindness irrespective of circumstances. He has had a remarkably positive effect on my life, and I know I wouldn't be where I am today without his influence.
