Dear family and friends,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of Hope Melendez. On June 30th, 2023, Hope unexpectedly passed away in her sleep while visiting family.

We are absolutely devastated by Hope’s passing and we’re not prepared for the funeral cost among memorial services. We want to give Hope the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.

Some of you have reached out and asked how you can help Hopes Family during this time. Please consider donating if you are able to do so. We are so very grateful for every donation during this difficult time.

Hope Melendez’s family will have 2 funeral services one will be held at the Chavez Funeral Home at 923 S. Third St. Santa Rosa, NM & another in her home town. Services are pending & will be announced once finalized.
