Help this Sierraleonean family survive

I am Sanna. I was once part of the family described here. That is how I learned how hard it can be to simply survive from day to day and how little is needed to change life for the better. I am no longer an in-law but I care about the family and want to do what I can to help.
Abdul Mansaray is a Sierra Leonean family man. He learned his trade as a welder from his father and was thereby able to raise his son Samuel and three foster children over almost three decades.
A few years ago the political situation in Sierra Leone became threatening, especially for young men, as the ruling party and the opposition were in harsh conflict. Abdul then decided to retire and take out his whole pension to be able to buy a ticket for his son to Europe and what he hoped would be a better, safer life.
Unfortunately he was misinformed. Samuel found no safety on his way to Europe and after a long time of misery he returned home.
The family of six has ever since been totally dependent on the small business Abdul Mansaray’s wife Maria is running.
What would radically change their situation for the better and give the children a chance to get an education and future jobs are the necessary welding tools Abdul needs to do the skilled work he earlier was hired by a company to do.
In just a few years Abdul’s son Samuel would be able to add to the family income - if he had a chance to complete his studies. He has always been a very good student but he has to complete high school, which would cost around 70 €. As he wants to study at the university to become an accountant, the fee is around 1500 € for the four years course. (Every year the university fee increases by 5% ).
The high school is Albert Academy and the name of the university is Ipam.
We think it would be good for the whole family if Samuel could create a small business to pay for his own daily needs over the five years. Establishing an own business would require 2000 € more (fees of a never ending variety at the authorities’ offices).
We hope that philanthropists around the world would find it fruitful to support this struggling family with 6500 € plus (fundraising fees considered) . That would cover the expense for Samuel’s studies and for Abdul a welding machine, a welding plant and welding grinding. This would make Abdul Mansaray able to once again become the family provider he aches to be.
