Donate to help those in need in Bucerias Mexico

Hola amigos! My name is Joel Goralski. I am a Canadian who has been living in Bucerias, Mexico, for 11 years now. We have, through God, been very blessed in our lives, and it is something that we do not take for granted. While things are booming in our community, and many residents are doing very well, there are still those who can barely get by daily.

We have been working this year with one of the local business owners, Delia, who owns a "tienda" that is around the corner of us. She has been a fantastic resource in getting food and other necessities to people who need them within our community.

Recently, we were able to make a significant difference by donating over MXN 30,000 to those in need. This included providing a wheelchair to a resident who was in dire need of it, a tangible example of how our collective efforts can change lives. We have set a goal of CAD 15,000 for 2024. These funds will be used to provide essential items such as food, medical supplies, and other necessities to the community's needy. 100% of the net proceeds will go directly towards these efforts.

How the funds will be used:

All net proceeds will be used priarily for food and supplies to be given out to those in need. We will also look for special situations where a larger amount of money can be spent to help someone with some particular needs. For example, we spent $4500 pesos on a new wheelchair for a local resident who was in desperate need. This fund will rely on Delia and her family to decide where the money should be spent. We trust and support their decisions and choices.
