Donate to help Turning Point build a community garden!

CERT is organising several fundraising events for Turning Point to build a community garden outside their Crisis Point in New Cross, Manchester.

Turning Point is a charity that has supported individuals with mental health, learning disability and substance use challenges for over 60 years. Turning Point believes that everyone has the potential to grow, learn and make choices.

Turning Point embrace change and deliver better outcomes by encouraging ideas, to improve wellbeing, build resilience in recovery and develop links with the local community and a road back into employment.

At their Crisis Point service in Manchester they promote recovery through 24-hour emotional support and by offering intensive 1-to-1 sessions in which people they support can learn how to build resilience and coping skills.

Having been in Manchester's community for over 25 years, Turning Point's mission has been to get alongside those who find themselves in crisis. They aim to deliver person-centred mental health support with empathy, compassion and respect. Turning Point's goal is to empower individuals on their journey to recovery and build a brighter future.
