Please help save our sweet Thackery Binx

This is our sweet girl, Thackery Binx. She’s a 7 month old curious little kitty. She spends most of her day playing with her brother Ashes and cuddling with my daughter. Thackery is such a beautiful member of our family and we love her so much.
On March 31st Thackery Binx was spayed and everything has been a nightmare for her since.
She has a severe infection from her procedure that can become fatal if not given proper medical attention.
Our fun, playful baby has been almost lifeless these past few days. She spends most of her time sleeping to not feel pain. We contacted the facility where she had her procedure many times regarding her symptoms such as pain, lethargy, swelling, tenderness and even some puss. They continued to tell us this was all normal and part of the process. I then finally took her in because my gut said this couldn’t be normal and they assured me that they took all the puss out and that she would be fine. However, later that same night Thackery was in pretty bad shape and the puss started to just pour out of her so I rushed her to UrgentVet where they reopened her incision and left it open with packing because she had an abscess with a lot of puss. Thackery needs to have a few more vet visits and eventually when the infection is all out she will need to be put under yet again to close up her incision and start healing all over. This has been so devastating for us as she is one of our family members. And the thought of losing our baby brings us to tears. So please, any little bit helps her get the proper medical attention she needs to get better. We have already paid $800 for her medical bills, and it is becoming a significant strain on our already challenging financial situation so this is our only hope to save our Thackery Binx.
For this reason, we are trying to raise up to $1500 for her next few visits and her following procedure and care. Our family is so grateful for everyone willing to help, and we pray that as you have blessed us, you too will have many blessings. Thank you,
