Hi, My name is Ayana I'm fundraising to help a special person, a special friend that I have known for more than 25 years. She is an honest and responsible woman, and also a very hard-working person. She is the mother of a bubbly 10-year-old who depends on her. Yahaira Espinosa has gone through several tests in life and now she is going through a health challenge. She has two months to undergo a medical procedure related to her right kidney. On Sunday, July 2nd, she underwent a small surgery to gain time before performing the actual required surgery. Without this surgery, her kidney is in jeopardy. She is leaning on your kind-hearted souls to undergo surgery to save her kidney. Unfortunately, she recently lost her insurance and needs to come up with the cost of the procedure, supplies and medicines.
