Honoring the life of Dale Pruitt

Dale Pruitt is a 1964 graduate of Chapel Hill HS and 1969 graduate of Texas A&M. He served 2 tours of duty with the US Army in Vietnam. After an honorable discharge, he married his wife Sally and had a daughter Celeste and a son Jonathan. He retired from Brentag Southwest, Inc. -Longview in 2020 after 40 yrs.

Dale has suffered with numerous medical issues over the last several years. He was recently hospitalized due to a sudden worsening of non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver when he learned that there was no further treatment available. Dale discharged home 7/31/23 with Heart to Heart hospice services to spend the last of his life with his family and be able to visit with old friends. His family has learned that since his recent retirement, he has no life insurance to cover funeral expenses after his death. This site is provided as a means for those who wish to assist the family with the expenses of Dale's funeral and burial. All proceeds will be utilized for these expenses. If proceeds exceed the required amount, it will be utilized for medical and home repair expenses that his condition has prevented him from completing.
