Donate to Honor Mike Pinson and his Family

My first goal, when re-opening Mom's Country Kitchen, was to bring it back to its glory days the way most people remembered her. I was never going to accomplish that alone, and when called, Mike Pinson came to help bring this restaurant back to life. Mike had worked with my in-laws for over 25 years at three different restaurant projects.

Mike came and breathed life back into this restaurant, and without him, there would be no Mom's Country Kitchen. We stood side by side during the pandemic to keep this restaurant going, and never once did Mike hesitate in what needed to be done.

Mike loved his people, and he loved making food for those people. He was clever, witty, smart, and extremely passionate about his craft.

Mike had always been apart of our family, but over the past 5 years of working so close together, became more of an adopted father. He was apart of all of my family's milestones, including my wedding and the birth of my son.

Words cannot express how much we all will miss Mike and how heartbroken we are to hear of his passing.

He is survived by his wife Debra and family.
