She is Jahweh David, an artist, poet, esthetician, and community activist whose life took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with Lupus nephritis, then end-stage renal disease. Her kidneys function at less than 5% and she is in urgent need of a transplant to regain her health.

Dialysis is tough, leaves her nauseous, fatigued, short of breath and literally drains her ability to pursue her passions.

She longs to return to a life where she can be herself and provide for her family without the constraints of illness. It's not easy for her to make this request, but she needs your support.

We’re reaching out to her community to find a living kidney donor or fund the surgery and recovery including travel and medical bills after insurance.
