Thanks for stopping by! We are Jesse & Rae Piper-Coder. We got married on 2/22/2022 and have been trying to conceive since Oct 2021. One year later on October 16th 2022, we found out we were pregnant and were beyond thrilled, only to later find out it was ectopic. Despite two shots to terminate the pregnancy and one hospitalization with complications, the ectopic ruptured causing internal bleeding and the loss of Rae’s right fallopian tube. It was a very traumatic experience, one we have been overcoming as a couple. Together we have worked with two infertility clinics, have had thousands of dollars in various services like: blood work, procedures, ultrasounds, medication, trigger shots, genetic testing, analysis, IUI cycles. We paid for everything out of pocket in 2023 after the ectopic. When an IUI cycle resulted in a chemical pregnancy in October 2023, we decided to take a break for a few months.

We have been silently battling infertility for now 3 years, and when joining a new clinic earlier this year who specializes in tubal reproductive issues (since Rae now only has her left tube) we have been going over testing and procedures once more. We were all set to begin a cycle at the beginning of August when our protocol changed, now only allowing 2 rounds of IUI before moving onto IVF.

At this point in time, we have hit our financial limit & are asking for help. This is our dream to become parents, one we are not ready to give up on yet. We have worked so hard to get this far, Rae has even lost over 30 pounds to become eligible for IVF. The money for this Gofundme will all go towards our clinic for IUI or eventual IVF if the two cycles are unsuccessful. We are still covering most costs, but without this boost we would be unable to continue with our clinic.

Infertility has been extremely lonely, watching each holiday or milestone go past and wonder if this will be the last holiday it is just the two of us, or what it would look like to add someone to our family before the next milestone. As the years pass we have tried to hold onto the vision, now we just need help making the vision a reality.
