Josh has worked for multiple hotels and restaurants and most likely has created fantastic dishes that you and your loved ones have enjoyed. Josh started his professional career in the military and valiantly served his country. He now takes that commitment to the kitchen where he has excelled. Josh has just endured a necessary collarbone and shoulder surgery which has now made it impossible to cook on a high-paced line that he loved so much. Josh is the kind of person who brings light to any room. He always knows how to make someone smile in the toughest of times. He is the one who would sacrifice everything for someone else and has proven that time and time again. He would never ask for your help, but we believe he deserves it more than anything. We ask only to give if you're able and wish to show support to the people who support this town. The Roaring Fork Valley has been built on the backs of people like Josh, the ones who wake up early, work hard, and go to bed late.
