Fundraiser for Kody Adkins

Kody Adkins our courageous Nephew! July 13th was a life changing day for Kody. It was going to be an ordinary evening with friends having a lot of fun. The fun turned into a helicopter ride to Shock Trauma in Baltimore. Now he is at the University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Institute in Baltimore. Their staff is so nice and wonderful!!! Thank you for doing what you do.

Good News! He has feeling in the upper part of his legs (the left leg more so than the right). He described it as a weird sensation. It doesn't feel the same as it does when he touches is arms, but it's something! This news makes us all very hopeful. He spends his morning and afternoon in the gym with his physical therapists. After that, he goes to an occupational therapist. He says they are whipping his ass. He knows this hard work is necessary for the healing process as well as becoming independent again. This is just the beginning of a new life. Kody is doing it all with an amazing attitude. Please donate what you can and please share his Go Fund Me account with your friends.
