Donate to Lauren Keeney's Medical and Family Needs

Hello. I’m Bethann. I’m raising money on behalf of Lauren Keeney. I am Lauren’s sister in law, Peter is my brother. Peter and Lauren have been married almost 15 years.

18 years ago, Lauren had a heart transplant. Lauren has overcome many obstacles and got healthier throughout these years.

The last few months, Lauren has been battling health complications resulting in numerous stays in Hershey Hospital.

On December 7th, Lauren went into cardiac arrest due to heart and kidney failure. After several surgeries and a long 16 days in Hershey, she was transported to Pittsburgh Hospital Dec 23rd with the possibility of a dual transplant; heart and kidney.

We are raising money to help with medical bills as well as transportation/food/and hotels for her husband and family during this stay. Any help is greatly appreciated.

**Dec 30th Update- After 22 days lying in a bed, with the help of PT, Lauren finally was able to sit up in a chair. Lauren will continue PT to help gain strength in her upper and lower extremities. Lauren is still waiting to be cleared and added to the transplant list. Lauren, Peter and their families appreciate all the donations, prayers, love and support!
